The treatments applied to the metal structures of the equipment comply with the NF24-351 standard.
Conditions of guarantee of treatment
Problems not attributable to treatment are :
⇒ All detachments, various degradations and alterations of the coating due to :
– Storage in bad conditions of the items covered.
– To oxidation juice flows from, metal parts near the parts treated.
– In the drilling of parts after treatment.
– The deformation of parts.
– The original mechanical or not shock and friction coincidental or not.
– No respect for the rules of the art installation of devices.
– Significant thermal shock (fire).
– Burns (welds, heaters of withdrawal).
– The projections or fumes of chemicals in liquid or steam.
– Projections of cement, concrete, muddy water.
– In direct contact with seawater and spray.
– To the presence of galvanic couples (metals of a different nature in contact and not isolated).
– Lack of maintenance.
– To chewing products, maintenance, or cleaning.
– To the products used for possible retouching.
– Vandalism.
- 10 years against any failure and malfunction of the bearings.
- 10 against any failure due to defects in materials or manufacturing defects on all metal parts.
- 2 against any failure due to production defects on plastic parts, moulded elastomer and concrete.
- 2 against any malfunction due to manufacturing defects on metal and jack moving parts (mechanism accessories and screen for bikes).
Coverage of warranty for damaged parts
The warranty is limited to FITPARK products®. Damaged parts will be delivered free of charge to the customer's address.
Coverage of the warranty is only valid if the equipment has been properly installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations..
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration of surfaces as well as any other problem of aesthetic origin or due to misuse of equipment or vandalism.
