Stretch the muscles of the arm, shoulders, wrists. Improves the agility and coordination of limbs. Stimulates blood circulation of limbs. Strengthens the muscles around joints (wrists, elbows, shoulders) and the flexibility of the ligaments. Develops strength and flexibility of the muscles of the upper limbs, back and shoulders. Improves the functions of the shoulders, abdomen, the basin and the joints of the fingers. Recommended in the case of shoulders having suffered injuries and ankylosées. Improves the coordination of the movements of the upper limbs.
Paragliding : maintain a handle in each hand with an arm as straight as possible, pull alternately with one hand, then the other.
