Abdo : lie down on the device and, Once the feet are well calibrated, bring back the body forward with hands under the head. Make series of ABS pausing between each. Lumbar : climb on the tackle, position your belly against the top tube, lean forward gently and return to the starting position while putting your hands behind the neck and the back of your heels against provided tube.
